Szilvia Horváth

Szilvia Horváth has been a member of our company since the beginning. She likes the professional part of her work the most: learning roles and choreographies, inventing her own movement choreographies, and performing in musical performances. She also gladly recalls the very first performance of the Baltazár Theater, entitled Awakenings.

Szilvi enjoys rehearsing and performing with such great artists as actress Karina Kecskés or Péter Müller “Sziámi”, but she has also performed with the actors Eszter Csákányi, János Kulka, and the members of the band Pa-dö-dő. “I like to play, to pass on my feelings to others,” Szilvi says of her vocation. Her favorite performances were Feather Dance, Awakenings, Dandelion, Dust, and the concert theater production Love Flows.

For Szilvi, playing is not only her job but also her passion, she enjoys playing in her free time as well. She loves watching movies, especially those that are set on the beach, such as Baywatch. But she also feels good at the Hungarian sea, where she and her family usually spend the vacations. She appreciates the moments when she can be alone. “I like to just go away from the others to sit and think by myself. That’s when I try to come up with stories”.
