Love Flows. Benefit Concert for the Baltazar Theatre

First performance: May 26, 2014.

At the birth of each play, the members of Baltazar Theater, founded in 1998, would describe their thoughts, some of them in poems. That brought the idea of the Songwriting Workshops to life, where the actors learned to write poetry and think in lyrics. In the sessions led by the composer-performer Péter Müller “Sziámi”, Baltazar Theather’s actor also, the words have been created based on the ideas of the members. Sziámi later composed music to the lyrics and released them in the twelve-song-long album, Love Flows. The title song is the last composition of László Bódi, who has since passed away.

It was a unique show since the lyrics have been composed and performed by more than twenty Hungarian musicians who have not previously performed together. The goal of the concert was to set an example of sustainable development and peaceful social coexistence and giving the Theather its rightful place to strengthen the acceptance of people with disabilities in society.
